At PAIL we have respect for the territory, the environment and the people who live there a fundamental asset of our philosophy and our production processes.
Our company has always been careful in the choice of innovative materials and processing methods with low environmental impact. This is why we have taken a further step forward, choosing for our processes a coating produced with raw materials of vegetable origin, from sustainable sources.
The bio-based paints used by our company are produced with renewable, non-toxic and ecological raw materials. They are mainly composed of water and acrylic bio-resin, with a very low content of volatile organic compounds, which pollute the atmosphere and are harmful to human health. Characteristics that will help to bring innovation not only in terms of environmental sustainability, but also in terms of technical and aesthetic properties of the final product: greater chemical and light resistance and greater anti-yellowing power. In addition, the production process of such paints is low in CO2.
The result is a product with optimal performance that respects the planet and makes PAIL's production process virtuous, creating a virtuous circular economy network, with drastically less impact than the most commonly used products in the market, which are instead petroleum-based.
An important step towards the sustainability of our production cycles and in the environmental contribution to the environment, in full respect of a territory that is enormously close to our hearts.
THE CARE IN THE CHOICE OF RAW MATERIALS ALLOWS US TO CREATE A HOMOGENEOUS, ELEGANT AND RESISTANT FINAL PRODUCT, WITH VERY HIGH-QUALITY STANDARDS.
But the passion for wood is also made up of respect for the environment and its natural cycle. Plants have always been the beginning and the end of our entire production process. In fact, our supply chain begins and ends with the plant. Selected cuts, scheduled planting and recycling of waste materials allow us to create quality products that respect nature and the environment.
The wood used for the production of our interior doors, and all other products, is replaced in nature by planting new trees. Virgin wood processing waste, free of glues or foreign agents, is used both as an alternative source for the production of heat and as a raw material for the production of biofuel (pellets). In fact, Braga produces pellets with continuous cycle plants and in full respect of the environment.
